Yes you can, within fourteen (14) days of receiving an item ordered from the ORLINS VENTURE GROUP online store (shop.orlinsventure.com.my) or any of our physical stores if you are not completely happy with. We encourage you to call our Customer Careline at 03-xxxxx before returning a product/parcel so we can provide you with the best service.
You will get a full refund/store credit if the requested/suggested product(s) is out of stock. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error which you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
You should expect to receive your refund within fourteen (14) working days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (1-3 working days), the time it takes us to process your return parcel (1-3 working days), and the time it takes from our finance to your issuer bank to complete the refund (2-3 working days).

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE PROCESS:
If the return tag is still attached and the item is in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition, returns will be accepted for changing to another/same item with the same purchased value, store credit or full amount bank transfer. Return must be posted back within:
- a) 14 working days from arrival of package for local delivery.
- b) 30 working days from the arrival of package for overseas delivery.
